How long is the shipping time?

Shipping usually takes 2 to 3 weeks from the order date. But it can arrive as early as 5 days depending on your location!

How much should I pay for the shipping?

Shipping fees may vary depending on the address provided, size of the item, and location of the supplier. But you don’t have to worry about that since we will calculate the shipping fee for you at checkout.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

Customs policies vary from country to country. With that said, we don’t have full control of taxes and are unable to determine how much these charges would be if applicable.

I see myself doing amazing things with this product! How do I make a purchase?

My preferred style/size/color is not available at the moment. When will you restock?

We can’t tell when the items will be restocked since the products come from various suppliers.

But if you’re willing to wait until your preferred style/size/color is restocked, tap the “Out of stock? Notify me!” button so you’ll know when your desired item is already available right away.

This isn’t what I expected! How can I return my order?

We hear you loud and clear! Not all products will meet our expectations.

So if you think your order didn’t live up to your expectations, send it back to us within 30 days for a refund or replacement — whichever is applicable.
